HEY GUYS DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE THE CHRISTMAS MEETING. IT IS DURING LUNCH AND WE WILL NEED PEOPLE TO BRING THINGS. THERE WILL BE A LIST OF WHO IS BRINGING WHAT ON THURSDAY AT FCA! BE SURE TO SIGN UP!

HEY GUYS! THIS WEEK AT FCA WILL BE ONE TO NOT MISS! WE WILL BE HAVING A STUDENT SPEAKER: BRANDON MCDONALD. HE IS AN AWESOME CHIRISTIAN AND YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS WHAT GOD HAS IN STORE FOR US THROUGH HIM!

ALSO!!!!!!!!!!! DON’T FORGET THAT WE’VE ONLY GOT THREE WEEKS UNTIL CHRISTMAS BREAK. THAT MEANS ONLY TWO WEEKS OF FCA LEFT OF THIS YEAR! NO NOT THIS SCHOOL YEAR BUT IN 2008!!! NEXT WEEK WILL BE AN AWESOME TIME TO GO TO FCA! WE WILL HAVE AN AMAZING SPEAKER: BONNIE MCNULTY (FORMER STUDENT OF LFO-AND SHORTER COLLEGE) THIS WILL BE OUR CHRISTMAS GET TOGETHER SO DON’T MISS IT AND BRING ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS. HEY GUYS. FCA HAS BEEN A LOT SMALLER THAN WHEN WE FIRST BEGAN! LETS ENCOURAGE OUR FRIENDS TO COME TO FCA! IT IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO START THE DAY! WHO KNOWS? IT MIGHT JUST CHANGE A LIFE!

This week we will be having a special guest, his name is Austin Holcomb. He graduted from LFO last year. He was a leader in FCA there, he is an awesome guy. You DON’T want to miss this. Bring your friends too> remember FCA is on Thursdays around 7:15. You can come in late, don’t be afraid…this is for everyone!!

Last week Sterling Holcomb spoke for FCA! This was our first time to have a student leader speak. Thank you Sterling and GOOD JOB!!

SYATP UPDATE

See You At The Pole was a couple of weeks ago. It was awesome! We had around 750-800 people there! And of course most of them were students. We don’t know how many students recieved Christ, but we do know that there were some! Exciting!!! Keep up the work. Don’t let the flame for Christ burn out now, keep it going…

SEE YOU AT THE POLE

Hey Generals! This is just a reminder that See You At The Pole is this Wednesday at 7:15am. We will be meeting out front where the flag pole is. This will be alot of fun. We hope you and your friends are there!

We WILL NOT be having FCA on Thursday this week, instead, we are having SYATP on Wednesday.

There will also be a See You At The Pole service at 7pm on Wednesday night. It will be at Heritage High School in the theatre. PLEASE, PLEASE come to this. This is TOTALLY student led, so we will have TONS of fun. You don’t want to miss out on this once-a-year event!

We hope to see you there in the morning and night!

HHS FCA LEADERSHIP

OUR HERITAGE GENERALS

Last night we went to Gordon Lee and took on the Trojans. Unfortunately, we lost like 42-6 (that may not be exactly correct, but it was something close to that). Even though we lost we can still say atleast we were able to score against them.
You know, this year’s football season reminds me of whenever Jesus was living here on Earth. See, I’ve always thought, well, Jesus must of had it real hard to start with, but I believe that it probably got a little easier for him as he went through his life. At first people may have really been opposed to all of his sayings and works, but over time more and more people started realizing that what Jesus was trying to get across was TRUTH.
Our Heritage Generals may have it real hard for a couple of years, but as time goes on, we’ll get better! Keep the spirits HIGH!> Cause who else can say that they attended at First-year school? God has really blessed us with our school and principal and teachers, be sure to thank Him for that!
